Lead by Passion: Rich Froning Jr's dedication to service began with a small gym serving health and fitness to the local community in his hometown of Cookeville, TN.

As his sports legacy grew from one championship to ten — so too, did Mayhem. Using Rich's core values of faith, family, fitness and service as a guide — Mayhem has grown into an industry leader in health and fitness, athletic development and navigating adversity.

Values are the anchor, Rich's passion provides navigation and Mayhem is powered by a robust network of media channels serving daily content to a diverse and dedicated fan base.

Mayhem Hunt is adapting Mayhem’s training expertise with the goal of serving the hunting community to train for the pursuit. This UNIQUE program will be delivered direct to consumers via our online app so hunters can train in a gym, in their garage or on the road with the equipment they have at their disposal — or no equipment at all.

In parallel, our media channels will document Rich’s journey with hunting, conservation and the outdoors to
entertain, educate and inspire a new generation of hunters.
